Return & Refund Policy
At Henderson London, we want you to feel completely confident with every purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Period
You have the right to return or exchange your order within 30 days after delivery.
Return requests must be submitted within this period via email.
How to Start a Return
1️⃣ Contact Us
Send an email to info@hendersonlondon.com including:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Our support team will provide you with further instructions.
Returning the Item
Items must be returned:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
As our return center is located overseas, return shipping costs may vary depending on the carrier.
Example:
Returns to China may cost approximately £20 depending on the shipping provider.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Exchanges (Size or Color)
Exchanges for a different size or color are possible within 30 days after delivery.
Once we receive the original item, the replacement will be shipped as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before ordering)
- Items damaged after delivery
- Packages marked as delivered but not collected
- Return requests made after the 30-day period
- Damage reported more than 24 hours after delivery
Notes on Colors and Sizes
Our size charts are carefully prepared. Please review them before purchasing.
Due to different screen settings, colors may vary slightly. This is not considered a valid reason for return.
Sale Items & Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations may no longer be possible as the order may already be processed.
Discounted or sale items may, in some cases, only be eligible for store credit instead of a refund.
